Charlotte was pulled from a shelter in a local college town. She was frantically running down the street, being chased by a few college kids. Animal control happened to be driving by and suspected that the kids were harrassing the pig, and none of them could prove ownership so she loaded her up. At least for the moment, she was safe. But the shelter was not a no kill shelter, and eventually her time was up. One of the staff took her home to save her life! She cared for her until a safe sanctuary could be found. That was us! They brought her here, where she became fast friends with Easter. She announces how excited she is about dinnertime every day by running alongside us, screaming until all the food is down. She's so silly!
