Some time ago, she was rescued, she had found a safe forever home. She was treated for a big hernia on her belly that looked like a bubble - that's where the name came from. Until one day her home became unsafe. Very unsafe. Things changed, and the property owner decided the rescues could no longer stay. He threatened to shoot them all. Rescue groups banded together to save them in a hurry, and they were all moved to our sanctuary. We originally agreed to keep them safe for a few months, so their rescuer could get back on their feet. Things don't always work out as planned, though, and the 20+ pigs are still with us. That means it's our responsibility now - to make sure they always feel safe and loved, and have everything they need. Sponsors help us provide quality lifetime care for the rescues at the sanctuary, and we couldn't do it without you!
